This role ensures endpoints are managed and secured as a critical “front door” to corporate systems.\n\nJob Description and Requirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n1) Endpoint Management Platform Ownership\n\nOwn and continuously improve endpoint management capabilities that enable secure, scalable provisioning, configuration, compliance, and software delivery across the endpoint fleet.\n\nLead initiatives and operational maturity in areas such as Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, and endpoint analytics/advanced reporting.\n\nDrive platform reliability and prevent issues through initiative-taking monitoring, health checks, and lifecycle management of endpoint tooling.\n\n2) Endpoint Security Baselines & Vulnerability Reduction\n\nImplement and support endpoint security controls and hardening baselines in partnership with Security teams, with an emphasis on measurable risk reduction and audit readiness.\n\nLead vulnerability response workstreams such as vulnerability remediation programs, and security tool integrations.\n\nImplement and maintain enterprise security expectations while preserving end-user productivity and operational continuity.\n\n3) Provisioning, Deployment, and Change Execution at Scale\n\nOwn endpoint provisioning workflows and zero-touch/low-touch deployment practices.\n\nPartners with adjacent teams to ensure endpoint changes are aligned with compliance, required controls and Security expectations.\n\n4) Tier 3/4 Escalation, Incident Response, and Problem Management\n\nFunction as a top-level escalation point for complex endpoint incidents impacting Enterprise systems.\n\nLead root cause analysis efforts and implements durable fixes to prevent repeated incidents and reduces support burden.\n\n5) Automation & Operational Excellence\n\nBuild and support automation to reduce repetitive manual work and improve consistency.\n\nEstablish and enforce best practices that optimize for scale and improve end-user outcomes.\n\n6) Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, and Enablement\n\nCreate and support runbooks, operational playbooks, and high-quality documentation.\n\nProvide technical enablement to Service Desk and partner teams to reduce escalations and increase first-contact resolution.\n\n7) Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership\n\nCollaborate across IT Operations and Security, recognizing that Endpoint Engineering work has broad impact and multiple internal “customers.”\n\nPartner with Security, vendors, and internal IT teams to execute endpoint projects and platform improvements.\n\nContribute to committing roadmaps and delivery processes in areas including endpoint modernization and least privileged access improvements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nDemonstrated experience leading endpoint administration/engineering work in an enterprise environment.\n\nStrong troubleshooting capability across endpoint policy/configuration, deployment workflows, and large-scale endpoint operational issues.\n\nProven ability to document processes, develop operational standards, and improve systems through being initiative-taking instead of reactive.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across IT Ops and Security stakeholders.\n\nRelativity is a diverse workplace with different skills and life experiences—and we love and celebrate those differences.
