As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing secure and scalable architecture solutions to safeguard our organizations critical information assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-centric security measures align with business needs and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data management best practices and have a proven track record of successfully implementing a monitoring and logging strategy in both structured and unstructured data within a big data environment.\nRequired skills\nExpertise in major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\nHands on experience working with or implementing data fabric technology (Starburst)\nWorking knowledge of the Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework (OCSF)\nBachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Or equivalent experience.\n5+ years proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role with a focus on designing and implementing complex data architecture.\nStrong knowledge of data management principles, data modeling techniques and data integration patterns.\nIn-depth understanding of data security, data privacy, and data governance concepts.\nHands on experience with data modeling tools (SAP PowerDesigner, Erwin Data Modeler), database management systems, big data environments and ETL tools.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data related challenges\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nProject management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.\n5-10+ years experience in relational and dimensional data modeling as well as metadata build and management.\nHands on expertise in relational and NOSQL database systems.
