We offer competitive wages and great benefits!\nEssential functions include:\nLoading railcars with product (ethanol, biodiesel, crude oil and liquid petroleum products) using proprietary transload carts.\nLearn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the railcar transload operations including maintenance, paperwork, and scheduling.\nEquipment operations, OSHA, HAZWOPER and DOT training.\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks as directed.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nExperience in truck loading and unloading, rail tank car and tanker truck loading very helpful.\nDOT certification is preferred but not required.\nKnowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.\nExcellent organizational skills, communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work well in a team environment.\nAbility to work in a railyard environment with heights and temperatures ranging from 40° to +100° degrees.\nWork Environment/Physical Requirements:\nThis position is largely self-directed and requires the understanding of company policy, procedures, and values.\nTeam members will be required to adhere to all safety requirements in all work environments.\nThis position operates in a rail yard environment.
