Design Delivery Principal

A company is looking for a Design Delivery Principal responsible for overseeing the delivery of new-build data centers from planning to construction and handover. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process and collaborate with various engineering partners to deliver high-quality data centers Manage relationships with design partners and ensure compliance with global design standards Oversee project management and coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely project delivery Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a Design MEP Firm or as an Architectural lead in Mission Critical design MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture preferred; BSc acceptable with extensive experience Architects must hold RA or AIA certification PE license is desirable but not essential
