Our team is passionate, responsive, and deeply committed to the clients we serve.\r\nPosition Overview\r\nWe are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the connective tissue between our nonprofit clients and our internal accounting services team. This is not a CFO role — you don't need to be a financial expert. You do need to be someone who thrives on communication, stays on top of details, and genuinely enjoys building relationships.\r\nThe ideal candidate is the kind of person who never lets an email fall through the cracks, shows up to every meeting prepared, and makes clients feel heard and well taken care of.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nClient Communication & Relationship Management\r\nServe as the primary point of contact between nonprofit clients and our accounting services team\r\nRespond promptly to client emails and inquiries — responsiveness is a core expectation of this role\r\nBuild strong, trust-based relationships with client contacts through consistent, professional communication\r\nMeeting Coordination & Follow-Through\r\nSchedule and facilitate monthly check-in meetings between clients and our internal team via Zoom\r\nTake detailed meeting notes and distribute action items following each call\r\nTrack open items and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks\r\nInternal Coordination\r\nCoordinate between clients and our fractional CFOs and bookkeepers to ensure smooth service delivery\r\nFlag issues, questions, or client concerns to the appropriate internal team member in a timely manner\r\nHelp keep client information and communication organized and up to date\r\nSystems & Tools\r\nAssist clients in setting up and navigating our firm management and accounting software platforms (training provided)\r\nUse Excel to manage and organize client data, tracking lists, and basic reporting as needed\r\nSchedule and manage Zoom meetings and maintain organized calendar coordination\r\nAdministrative Support\r\nHandle miscellaneous administrative tasks that support the client experience and internal operations\r\nHelp develop and improve client onboarding and communication processes over time\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nExceptionally responsive — you reply to emails quickly and follow through on commitments\r\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\r\nEnergetic, positive attitude — you bring good energy to every client interaction\r\nComfortable using Zoom for scheduling and hosting virtual meetings\r\nProficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)\r\nBasic familiarity with nonprofit organizations or financial services is a plus — but not required\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nSelf-starter who can manage their own workload with minimal oversight\r\nWhat You Don't Need to Be\r\nYou do not need to be a CPA, CFO, or financial expert. This role is about relationships, communication, and coordination — not financial analysis.
