All roles have an opportunity for career advancement once full time with our client and provide excellent benefits to their full-time\n\nJob Summary\nThe Warehouse Worker is responsible for managing the movement, organization, and handling of product cylinders, raw materials, and finished goods within warehouse and production areas. This role supports logistics operations by ensuring cylinders are properly prepared, staged, stored, and delivered while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.\n\nJob Description\nManage the flow of product cylinders into production areas for filling and organize returned/prepared cylinders in storage areas.\nSupport logistics activities, including inventory management of raw materials, finished goods, cylinders, and operational supplies.\nOrganize gas pad inventory by customer, product type, and preparation status.\nIdentify cylinders based on orders and move them to designated filling areas.\nLoad and unload cylinders from trucks, storage areas, and freezer units.\nDeliver completed products from production areas to storage locations or customer shipment areas.\nReceive and process incoming raw materials and supplies.\nAssist with loading dry ice into containment vessels for customer shipments.\nPerform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.\nReplenish inventory bins, including raw materials, cylinders, safety supplies, and logistics materials.\nComplete daily forklift inspections and maintain propane inventory records.\nProperly secure loads using block and brace methods when required.\nFollow all work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.\nParticipate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.\nIdentify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, or potential risks.\nFollow all safety policies, including hazardous materials handling and critical safety procedures.\nUnderstand and follow proper handling procedures for chemicals and compressed gases.\nEmployees are required to use appropriate PPE, including: Safety glasses, Steel-toe boots, Personal gas monitor, Leather, cut-resistant, and nitrile gloves, Protective coveralls or company-approved uniform\n\nSkills Required\nValid driver’s license required.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to climb ladders and perform physical material handling tasks.\nAbility to work outdoors and in warehouse environments.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.\nMust be medically cleared to operate a forklift.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling experience.\nExperience handling compressed gases, chemicals, or hazardous materials preferred.\nForklift operation experience preferred.\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nPay Rate\n$20 - $24 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)\n\nHireResource Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
