This individual will be empowered to prospect and sell the Apploi Workforce Management Platform to organizations within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outbounding deals and can manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, account planning, cold and warm outreach, multi-threading, networking, contract negotiation, and closing.ResponsibilitiesProspect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new businessGenerate opportunities within a designated healthcare segmentUtilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accountsPerform outbound activities to build revenue pipelineManage a book of business and own the full sales cycleTarget key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelinesCapture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRMAttend trade shows, events, and conferences (~20% travel)QualificationsAt least 2 years experience selling (Healthcare Industry a plus)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven experience in tapping into personal and professional network to achieve revenue targetsDesire to work in a fast-paced start-up environmentSelf starter, intrinsically motivated and entrepreneurialStrong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeedAdaptability to new initiativesSalesforce Experience, a plusRequired SkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven experience in tapping into personal and professional network to achieve revenue targetsDesire to work in a fast-paced start-up environmentSelf starter, intrinsically motivated and entrepreneurialStrong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeedAdaptability to new initiativesSalesforce Experience, a plusPreferred SkillsExperience in the Healthcare IndustryPay range and compensation packageBase Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.Commission Structure: Attractive commission plan with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.Additional Incentives: Bonuses and rewards for achieving sales milestones and exceeding targets.Equal Opportunity StatementWe’re an equal opportunity employer.
