Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source.\r\nWe have a great opportunity for an Inside Service Coordinator in our Bluffton, IN branch located at 3112 Indiana 124.\r\nSummary:\r\nThe Inside Service Coordinator works in conjunction with and reports to the Operations Manager. This position will assist the Inside Service Team to help schedule, prioritize, and communicate repairs on the fleet in order to maintain the fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime. The Inside Service Coordinator will help monitor workflow in the service shop to ensure the work is completed to specified requirements and in a timely manner.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nCommunicate with the parts department for any related parts needs\r\nHelp move units to 3rd party chassis dealers\r\nMakes runs to get items we may need to finish a unit or advance them\r\nAssist Technicians where needed\r\nPut parts order in smart sheets for techs\r\nMaintain updates on parts order\r\nHelp with whole goods inventory / Rental inventory\r\nHelping to stage units\r\nDeal with outside vendors when they come in\r\nHelping the yard attendant when they need a hand\r\nCommunicate with the parts department for any related parts needs\r\nCoordinate with Weld Shop and Chassis Shop\r\nDelivering totes and delivering parts to the techs when needed\r\nFollow-up with service technicians to ensure proper equipment repairs\r\nHelps keep shop clean/orderly; takes out the trash\r\nCommunicate with appropriate sales staff on the progress of priority work\r\nAuthorize and create UCR's (Unit Condition Report) through M3\r\nCoordinate with Paint Shop and Wash/Detail Bay\r\nLearn the equipment product line and operational procedures\r\nMaintain pipeline and diligently log all activity in service management database\r\nEnsure proper administration tasks are completed accurately by the service technicians\r\nAssist service technicians in diagnosing equipment problems and ensure proper equipment repairs\r\nCommunicate frequently with Service Supervisor for setting department goals\r\nCoordinate with technicians regarding shop flow working on Priority A units first then A-B-C or sold units\r\nCoordinate with technicians after service shop work completion if unit needs chassis, weld, or paint repairs\r\nAbility to work in a safe manner and follow company safety standards\r\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\r\n3+ Years of successful utility equipment or related industry sales experience\r\nThorough knowledge of equipment functions, operations, and repair techniques\r\nExperience in working in a results-oriented, team environment\r\nMust have valid driver's license.\r\nProfessional demeanor and excellent communication skills\r\nExperience with Service Management software; M3 experience a plus\r\nExceptional time management skills\r\nComputer and Smartphone literacy\r\nANSI, Dielectric, Inspection Certificates a plus, but not required\r\nComfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities\r\nEffective interpersonal skills, with the ability to present recommendations and ideas to summarize issues\r\nSelf-Starter;
