Virtual Customer Service Sales Representative
Job Description:
This position involves meeting virtually with clients who have signed up to receive benefits that go above and beyond what their employers cover. They consult, explain the options available, and help them select the best benefit plan to fit their needs. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, hardworking, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed team players.
Job Requirements:
Schedule Zoom meetings with individuals who have requested information on the benefit packages offered
Build new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments as needed
Provide excellent customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefit plan
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates promptly
