A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires full-time onsite work in Fort Meade, MD.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintaining and operating the CI/CD pipeline, including tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD\nEnsuring the integration of security tools and processes into the CI/CD pipeline, including static code analysis, dynamic code analysis, and vulnerability scanning\nImplementing and maintaining automated testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing\nCollaborating with the development team to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the deployed software product\nImplementing and maintaining compliance with relevant security regulations and standards\nRequired Qualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience with CI/CD concepts and methodologies, including building and maintaining automated pipelines.\nMinimum 3 years of experience with automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.\nProficiency with version control tools and technologies (e.g., Git, GitLab, JIRA)\nStrong understanding of Linux systems administration and networking principles.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCommitment to adhering to strict security protocols and best practices.\nUS Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with an active Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.\nDesired Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with programming languages (e.g,. Python, C/C++)\nFamiliarity with containerized software engineering practices and technologies.\nFamiliarity with agile software engineering methodologies.\nExperience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with security scanning and vulnerability management tools.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Security+).\nThis position is located in Fort Meade, MD.
