{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"dd0109d64a15ec32fa5f71a4","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd0109d64a15ec32fa5f71a4","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dd0109d64a15ec32fa5f71a4","title":"Retail Project Coordinator","description":"Position Overview The Retail Project Coordinator supports the execution of retail rollout and installation projects by coordinating production readiness, installation tracking, and store closeout activities. This role serves as the operational link between production teams, field operations, installation crews, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently from planning through completion. The coordinator ensures that materials, documentation, and installation updates are tracked accurately so projects remain on schedule and meet customer expectations.  Key Responsibilities Production Readiness Coordination Coordinate ordering of materials required for project installations Track production material readiness including replacement parts Assist with creation and coordination of planograms (POG) or project documentation when required Validate project readiness prior to installation release  Installation Tracking & Project Closeout Maintain project tracking systems (Monday.com or equivalent) based on updates from installation teams Monitor installation progress and identify schedule risks or execution gaps Coordinate replacement material orders when required Work with shop personnel to collect and ship required materials Coordinate with field operations to schedule return visits or corrective work  Project Communication & Coordination Serve as a communication point between field teams, production teams, and internal stakeholders Provide regular status updates on installation progress and project completion Maintain accurate project documentation and installation records Support the Project Manager with project reporting and operational coordination  Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation Track project milestones and update status reporting tools Ensure project information remains organized, current, and accessible  Preferred Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination, retail construction, rollout programs, or related operational roles. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and documentation management Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams  Technical Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel) Experience with project tracking software such as Monday.com or similar platforms  Education High School Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related experience preferred  Work Environment Primarily office-based role supporting retail project execution Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, project coordination, or site visits Fast-paced environment requiring coordination across multiple project locations and teams Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $70,000 Annually Travel Expenses: Reimbursement for travel, including mileage and lodging, per company policy. Benefits: Medical -
