QualificationsWhat You Bring2 years of relevant experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitationBachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an approved programCurrent Alabama Occupational Therapist license (temporary permit accepted)Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certificationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA patient-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPhysical & Sensory ExpectationsThis role requires frequent bending, stair climbing, kneeling, reaching, lifting 10-34 lbs, standing, walking, and fine motor skills-common for hands-on therapy work.
