Requirements Bill’s Pest Control, LLC requires all technician candidates to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Please be aware that, in accordance with Oregon state law, marijuana use may be included in the screening process. While marijuana is legal in Oregon for recreational and medical use, it remains a controlled substance under federal law and may affect employment eligibility. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for customer interactions Valid Oregon Driver’s License with no moving violations in the past 3 years Demonstrate reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and punctuality Able to work independently and be self-motivated Must be pleasant, friendly, and personable in all customer interactions Must pass employer-paid Law and Safety Test prior to starting Responsibilities Deliver interior and exterior pest control services to homes, apartments, offices, and other structures Set and bait mechanical traps; remove deceased rodents Measure, mix, and apply chemical pesticides according to label specifications Inspect properties to assess pest control needs Maintain a flexible but reliable schedule, prioritizing high-value and emergency clients Enter crawlspaces, climb ladders, carry equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks Sell pest control services to new clients through face-to-face interactions Build positive rapport with clients and tailor services to their individual needs Preferred Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Experience Levels No prior experience required – full training provided Experienced applicants (2+ years in pest control) are also encouraged to apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance Ability to Commute: North Bend, OR (Required) Ability to Relocate: North Bend, OR: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
