LF Production Analyst

Overview The Lateral Flow Production Analyst is an entry level,non-exempt position that reports to the Lateral Flow ProductionManagement Team. The Lateral Flow Production Analyst manufactures a widevariety of Charm ROSA diagnostic tests for screening in the dairy and/orgrain industry. The pay range for this position is \$22.00 to \$31.00per hour. Compensation will be determined based on education,Experience, And Other Factors In Accordance With Applicable Laws.Essential Functions Prepare and adjust reagents required for testing andproduction of ROSA components. Dilute necessary antibiotics in raw milkor prepare incurred grain samples and qualify using approved tests.Spray and assemble components for pre and post-production testing.Document accurately and precisely all vital information to track rawmaterials such as lot numbers and production dates. Present completedata for approval by management. Bag, label and seal finished productand store in proper conditions. Update SOPs as assigned to ensureprocedures are current and correct. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRequired: BS or equivalent in Biochemistry, related field, or equivalentexperience Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Excellentattention to detail Preferred: Lateral Flow diagnostic testmanufacturing experience GMP/GLP Experience Understanding of basicstatistics Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items weighingup to 30 pounds. Ability to operate a pipette accurately andconsistently for up to 1,000 repetitions per day. Manual dexterity tofill and adjust airtight syringes, and to make fine adjustments onproduction equipment and reel-to-reel machines. Visual acuity to inspectand label spraying defects on a moving component web within areel-to-reel system. Ability to remain in a stationary position forextended periods, typically 6090 minutes at a time. Tolerance forworking 1015 minutes in low-temperature environments (4C and -20C).Ability to work in low humidity (\<20% RH) and elevated temperature (upto 28C) conditions. Capacity to safely handle antibiotics in both drypowder and concentrated liquid forms within a laboratory setting. We arean equal employment opportunity employer.
