Part-Time ABA Therapist Central Massachusetts

Horizons Social Coaching, LLC is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services agency supporting clients ages 8 to adult with autism and related developmental disorders. Our vision is to empower our clients with the tools they need to better navigate their social world. We are hiring now for contracted permanent part-time positions. We are actively seeking ABA technicians to provide home-based services in Groton and Ayer, MA. Minimum one year of ABA experience required. We thoughtfully match ABA technicians to clients based on technician experience and the client needs. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct services to clients using the principles of applied behavior analysis to strengthen developmental skills, decrease problem behaviors, and shape target replacement behaviors Services may be provided in-home, at agency, or in community Implement behavioral programs designed by the Board Certified/Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data and summarize services for each session; maintain client files Maintain client confidentiality and supportive professional relationship with families of clients Arrive promptly for client sessions, maintain management of teaching materials and data tracking sheets Maintain ongoing communication on progress with supervising BCBA/LABA. Attend monthly clinic meetings (currently online) to review client cases and progress Benefits: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training or compensation towards continuing education trainings, prorated based on service hours and a one-year commitment to service. $100 annual stipend towards continuing education courses, contingent on 6 months of employment completed with Horizons Social Coaching.
