Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a CSR/Associate Agent located in Gadsden, AL. The CSR/Associate Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, managing customer accounts, and assisting with insurance claims. The role involves building lasting client relationships, promoting Alfa Insurance products, and supporting the sales team by generating leads and creating positive customer experiences. The candidate will also handle administrative duties, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
