develop test automation and data analysis tools using Python (or similar programming language).\nProven root cause failure analysis and corrective action experience.\nExperience performing environmental, durability, structural load, lifecycle, and reliability testing.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and technicians.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for test plans, reports, and engineering recommendations.\nAdditional Requirements:\nMust be able to work onsite with regular lab work.\nAble to travel to suppliers,
