Join the company that is leading the way!\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure day-to-day onsite compliance with EHS regulations\nProvide environmental and safety onboarding and refresher training to new and existing employees\nConduct compliance audits\nConduct accident investigations and associated root-cause analysis investigations.\nProvide expert guidance on implementation of safe work procedures and completing/updating JSAs.\nRecommend and facilitate updates to site-specific EHS procedures\nAssist with driving a culture of safety at assigned location\nPerform preventative inspections on equipment such as AEDs, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.\nConduct environmental inspections and sampling (stormwater, SPCC, hazardous waste)\nServe as a SME on EHS related topics\nParticipate on safety committee\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nMinimum experience 2 years in a similar position, associate’s degree in EHS or combination of education and experience\nKnowledgeable in Safety (preferred manufacturing) regulations\nFluent in English as well as native language (if different)\nProficiency in Microsoft 365\nStrong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire others\nAbility to speak in front of large groups\nSelf-motivated, driven, and positive attitude\nStrong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously\nPreferred qualifications:\nSpanish fluency\nKnowledge of environmental compliance regulations/requirements\nAbility to work in a highly collaborative environment\nPhysical Demands:\nLifting requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. to 37 inches high.\nVertical Lift requirements: Ability to lift up to 42 lbs. to 52 inches high.\nCarry requirements: Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. for a minimum of 50 feet.\nDexterity requirements: Ability to assemble small pieces such as nuts, washers.\nAbility to sustain a crouched position and reach repeatedly across a barrier.\nStanding hours: Approx. 50%\nComputer hours: Approx. 50%\nWork environment is fast paced, noise and temperature levels can vary.\n\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nMust pass a drug screen\nMust pass a background check\nWe do require you to complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) to make sure you are physically capable of performing the work. This must be completed prior to starting.\nSafety:\nIf your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.\nArray operates under strict guidelines and safety standards.
