State Licensed Associate Attorney

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney, Deal Intake. Key Responsibilities: Manage a pro rata share of M&A deals, coordinating with the deal team and clients Review, negotiate, and finalize various deal documents in line with company procedures Support business development and relationship management teams, including training new intake attorneys Required Qualifications: J.D. from a nationally ranked, accredited law school Licensed to practice law in at least one state 1-2 years of legal experience in M&A or related fields Ability to quickly review and understand complex agreements Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working on deals
