This role gives you the opportunity to refine your technical craft while traveling to diverse project sites and mastering advanced hardware and cabling infrastructure. You will work with a supportive team that values quality workmanship, continuous learning, and clear daily communication.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\n\nInstall and terminate Cat6, fiber optic, access control, audio, and surveillance cabling in full compliance with NEC and BICSI standards.\nDeploy networking equipment, computer hardware, access points, switches, and modems while executing light IP configuration and remote troubleshooting.\nBuild out support pathways, including EMT, cable trays, ladder racking, wall penetrations, and custom cable routing through drop tile, hard ceilings, and attics.\nExecute daily project updates, upload comprehensive site photo documentation, and submit detailed reports via Fieldwire and Q360 software.\nSafely operate power tools, scissor lifts, and company vehicles with trailers while adhering to all OSHA regulations.\nMaintain clean, organized, and trash-free job sites with pristine rack layouts, level plates, and exact 4-foot support spacing.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles with trailers.\nProven experience building pathways, routing cable through commercial spaces, and using power tools safely.\nPhysical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work on ladders or scissor lifts, and work long or rotating shifts (10–14 hours).\nStrong written and verbal communication skills using daily documentation software and field management tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience\n\nOSHA 10 Certification or trade program/technical certificate in low voltage systems.\n2 or more years of experience in low voltage, datacom, or commercial security installations.\nDemonstrated experience with light network programming, IP address setup, and hardware installation.\nBICSI Certification.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.\nOvertime potential and prevailing wage project opportunities.\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance options.\nHealth Savings Account (HSA), life insurance, and disability coverage options.\nWellness reimbursements/stipends and safety equipment provided (helmets, gloves, etc.).\nPaid time off (holidays, vacation, sick) and paid parental leave (maternity/paternity).\nRemote/hybrid work balance with per diem for travel projects.\nTraining, paid apprenticeship opportunities, and certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift Operator, Manufacturer Training).\nCompany vehicle, tech package (smartphone or tablet provided), and uniforms provided.\nCompany events, annual trips, and team outings.\n\nAbout Us\n\nSprinter Data, LLC. is a leading provider of low voltage, datacom, and security solutions across North America.
