The individual will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns that with the organization’s ambitions in both North America and Global MarketsJob Duties and Accountabilities:Responsible for overall portfolio assessment and optimization for all categoriesAnalyze productivity and profit with the goal of making strategic recommendationsDevelop an overall multi-channel go-to-market strategy with regional trade marketers’ collaborationManage pricing recommendations and architecture with sensitivity to globalized portfolioDevelop, implement, and optimize trade marketing tools for local markets to implement at the retailer levelResponsible for developing and executing comprehensive trade marketing plans to drive business growth, increase sales, and enhance customer engagementCoordinate the reporting of trade investment and performance at regional, channel and chain/account levelLiaise between regional sales and global marketing organize and deliver what’s needed for retailer presentationsLiaise between global marketing and local teams to provide directions on all aspects of the business including but not limited to: new product launch and planning, promotional strategies, pricing, logistics, etc.Lead the discontinuation process in order to optimize product assortmentDevelop and own launch bulletin in order to keep regional teams in the know with a single point of information on 360 needs for productOwn sampling across organization, bringing together all local needs through the lens of global marketing strategy and budget requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a related field3-5 years of Marketing and/or Sales experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in ExcelDemonstrated nimbleness in manipulating data setsOmnichannel expertise preferredStrong organizational skills and good interpersonal skillsTeam player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teamsAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to bring common sense to strategic storytellingEntrepreneurial spiritGlobal mindset with curiosity about regional nuancesAbility to adapt to changes, understand different cultures, and be available occasionally across time zonesPay range and compensation package - $80,000 - $110,000 per year with annual bonus potential.Equal Opportunity Statement - NEST New York is an equal opportunity employer.
