The Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks, as well as more complex repairs on Mazda and other vehicles. Daily tasks include accurately diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing repairs according to manufacturer specifications, and documenting work performed in service records. The role involves using diagnostic tools and service information systems, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines.
