Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across +20 marketsLead and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent, high-quality supportManage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issuesGuide leaders through progressive discipline and performance improvement plansEnsure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage & hour, etc.)Oversee leave of absence programs, accommodations, and related documentationMaintain accurate HR records, case files, and compliance documentationManage unemployment claims and related reportingReview, maintain, and improve HR policies and employee handbooksProvide coaching and training to leaders on policies, best practices, and employee relationsAnalyze HR trends and data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesPartner closely with HR and Operations teams to support a consistent employee experienceAs an HR Manager You Bring...Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish skills (required)5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance (required)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)Strong understanding of federal and state employment lawsExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsSolid knowledge of MS Excel or similar data analysis toolA calm, people-centered approach to conflict resolutionComfortable working in fast-paced, ever-changing environmentsExperience in HR data analysis and reporting is a plusWhy Join HotelPro...At HotelPro, we pride ourselves on offering not just a job but a fulfilling career experience.
