In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction by independently solving a diverse set of challenges with security-centric solutions. You will provide a differentiated service experience for our enterprise customers, delivering relevant outcomes through integrated solutions and support.\r\nIn this role, you can expect to :\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport and coordinate the ongoing operational activities (compliance, patching, deployment, monitoring, reporting) for our private and public cloud hosted solutions.\r\n\r\n\r\nOwn end-to-end availability and performance of infrastructure platform and build automation to prevent problem recurrence.\r\n\r\n\r\nManage on-call rotations across continents, using a follow-the-sun model.\r\n\r\n\r\nDesign, write and deliver software to improve the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nFocuses on optimizing existing systems, building infrastructure, and eliminating work through automation.\r\n\r\n\r\nDebug system level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment with high-level technical expertise on complex issues.\r\n\r\n\r\nResolve all technical issues, clearly documenting the analysis and customer communication and action items within the RCA post engagement.\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate across multiple global engineering teams.\r\n\r\n\r\nTo Fly High in this role, you have:\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology with 5+ years of DevOps experience in a large enterprise organization. Proven experience in leading global teams\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills and a sense of ownership, with a systematic problem-solving approach\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPs, SSO-SAML/OICD and SaaS understanding\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience with Infrastructure as a code - CloudFormation, Terraform\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient experience supporting large scale cloud environments, including multi-site Kubernetes deployments and working with container technologies, deployment and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)\r\n\r\n\r\nPrior experience deploying and managing EKS clusters using CloudFormation\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient experience with Access Control Policy / RBAC\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient experience in Python / Go (Golang) / C++ / Java\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience with Bash or Shell Scripting\r\n\r\n\r\nGood understanding of Linux/Unix\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience with cloud vendors like AWS, OCI, Azure, private cloud etc.\r\n\r\n\r\nSkilled in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment of infrastructure as code in AWS using Cloud Formation, Terraform, knowledge about GitOps / GitOps tooling (e.g ArgoCD)\r\n\r\n\r\nProficient experience in SaltStack/Ansible/Chef/puppet\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience with Source Code Management tools (GitHub, Gitlab, SVN) and an understanding of branching and integration processes.\r\n\r\n\r\nSolid experience in Monitoring - SLI/SLO/SLA\r\n\r\n\r\nMust be a US Citizen\r\n\r\n\r\nCompany Benefits and Perks:\r\nWe believe that the best solutions are developed by teams who embrace each other's unique experiences, skills, and abilities.
