We are seeking a Creator Partnerships Lead to drive the strategy, growth, and monetization of our creator ecosystem in the U.S.. This is a high-impact, business-critical role responsible for translating creator partnerships into measurable revenue outcomes across TikTok Shop and broader social commerce channels.Role OverviewYou will lead the development of a scalable creator partnership function, owning both ecosystem growth and commercial performance.
