Knowledge on functional genomics, methylome, transcriptome, and metabolome analyses\n* Mentoring graduate students on related projects\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Deep learning applications in aging and environmental health using multi-omics and systems approaches.\n* Functional genomics, methylome, transcriptome, and metabolome analysis of complex aging related pathophysiology and disease progression.\n* Perform molecular biology techniques and/or programming languages (Python, R, Bash/shell), bioinformatics tools, statistics & machine learning.\n* Highly motivated, self-starting, with strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.\n* Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, molecular biology, environmental health, mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics, or related fields.\n* Proven track record with first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals.\n* Ability to manage independent projects and mentor students.\n* Focused on producing high quality publications and advancing your career.\n* Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n* Experience with molecular biology techniques adn rodent handling.\n* Expertise in study design, data
