This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment across production, warehouse, and office areas within a fast-paced printing and manufacturing operation.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and general repairs (e.g., minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry)Support facility upkeep including cleaning, painting, and basic equipment repairsAssist with preventative maintenance tasks for building systems and equipmentRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of production floors, common areas, and exterior groundsAssist with waste removal, recycling, and material handlingSupport setup and breakdown of equipment, workspaces, and company events as neededMonitor facility conditions and report safety hazards or repair needsOperate basic tools and equipment safely and effectivelyFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesPerform other duties as assigned to support facility and production operations.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1-3 years of facilities, maintenance, or industrial experience preferredBasic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsAbility to use hand tools and power tools safelyForklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassistedExposure to a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving machineryMay require off-shift, weekend, or on-call availability to support production needsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
