You'll be part of an amazing team of people where your skills and dedication make a big impact.Overview:Role specifics:Licenses: No Specific Licensing RequirementLocation: This role is for a full-time 1099 position - remote How you'll make an impact:Apply claims experience to appropriately resolve claims, via phone or email communicationInteract extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolutionProvide exceptional customer service through each step of the processHandle claims consistent with Elite's policies, procedures, and ethics requirementsDocument and communicate timely and efficiently. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims, applying your claims experience and or construction knowledge to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolutionThink critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities. RequirementsRequired Qualifications:High School DiplomaConstruction knowledge OR 5 years of Xactimate/Symbility experienceMinimum of 5 years of related claims experienceKnowledge of accepted industry standards and practicesComputer experience with related claims and business softwareDesired:Bachelor's DegreeField Experience specifically with property lossesExperience Working with Vendors - Architects, Engineers, Building ConsultantsEstimate ReconciliationBenefits1099 Independent ContractorFlexible schedule$25 per hour
