Director, Sales (Prior executive role at a medical practice)
Viora Health is looking for a VP, Sales (part-time, with past background in Operations or Finance executive roles at private physician practice or community health centers) who has past direct sales experience that the person can bring to initiate sales calls. This role is to hit the ground running to move quickly through the sales pipeline and close deals. We are funded by credible healthcare institutions such as the NIH, NSF, AHA, J&J amongst others.Qualifications: Please DO NOT apply unless you meet the required criteria (1-5) as it will not be reviewed1-Degree in public health or healthcare administration2-At least (5) years of experience working within a Federally qualified health center in a Finance or Operations role3-Telemedicine or virtual care billing and CPT code experience4-Must have existing deep relations with c-suite executives at physician practices5-Excellent understanding of the insurance billing/reimbursement for Medicare, Medicaid and safety net providers6-Excellent understanding of technologies and providers in community based and social service organizations7-Dynamic and media-savvy, with experience or a strong interest in participating in social media campaigns, webinars, and other public-facing engagements to represent Cora Health8-Comfort with technology and ability to navigate different tools (EMR, Calendly, Google Suite, Office Suite, Slack)9-MPH and past background business development, operations in early-stage startups is preferredResponsibilities:-Initiate and set up sales calls with senior executives at practices for Viora sales pitch-Be the point of contact to communicate, follow-up, gather materials and move through sales pipeline to contract-Liaison between operations, business development, and product functions to ensure successful execution of KPIs and deliver value to customers-Collaborate with Viora management to help set the strategic roadmap and drive resource and investment decisions utilizing stakeholder feedback, intuition, market research-Set up processes and policies to be KPI (key performance indicator) drivenAll applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is a part-time role with cash and equity compensation which can grow into a full-time role based on mutual need, performance availability.
