Working as part of a team, CSAs will monitor and direct the clients in all areas of the campus. CSAs are responsible for keeping safety watch, day and night, and performing conflict resolution should issues arise. CSAs are to build a rapport and trust with clients in hopes to get them the resources and services they need in hope to end their cycle of homelessness!\nThe FSC North A Shelter is for adults 18 and over and the CSA staff will work mainly as client monitors.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties may vary based on location and shift.
