This role involves mentoring staff, developing meaningful goals for individuals served, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. This role would cover homes in the Indy and Greenfield areas.\n\n*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*\n\n*1. Leadership & Oversight*\n\n* Lead and oversee a team to deliver services that align with the OVRS mission and principles of Person-Centered Planning.\n* Directly supervise Home Coordinators and provide secondary supervision for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).\n* Provide coverage and oversight for programs when Home Coordinator positions are vacant or staff are unavailable.\n* Collaborate with the Director of Program Services to enhance service delivery, ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and support continuous quality improvement.\n\n*2. Individualized Support & Program Management*\n\n* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and support plans in collaboration with each individual’s team.\n* Assess individuals’ strengths, needs, and interests to design personalized supports that foster independence, growth, and self-determination.\n* Mentor staff to adopt a coaching approach that empowers individuals served to reach their fullest potential.\n\n*3. Staff Development & Performance*\n\n* Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.\n* Administer performance improvement and disciplinary processes as needed.\n* Coordinate cross-training across all Indianapolis sites to ensure all staff are trained and able to work at any location when needed.\n\n*4. Administrative & Operational Duties*\n\n* Conduct *weekly site audits* (review ledgers, receipts, gas receipts, van logs, medication storage, and delivery records) and *monthly audits* to verify ongoing compliance.\n* Maintain organized, clean, and compliant medication closets and ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.\n* Manage company vehicle standards—ensuring vans are fueled weekly, cleaned inside and out monthly, and that related expenses are documented through petty cash or receipts.\n* Ensure no company property (program books, debit cards, gas cards, SNAP cards, etc.) is kept in personal vehicles or homes—all items must remain at designated offices or sites.\n* Review and approve all check requests with corresponding ledgers; managers are responsible for taking consumers to the bank, cashing checks, and completing all required documentation.\n* Oversee staffing levels and step in to cover open shifts as needed to ensure program continuity.\n* Ensure all team members maintain functional company-issued phones and conduct business during standard hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday).\n\n*5. Meetings & Scheduling*\n\n* Attend all quarterly meetings and ensure they are added to the Director’s calendar when held during in-office days.\n* Maintain a full-time on-site schedule.\n\n*Qualification Requirements:*\n\n*Education & Credentials:*\n\n* *High School Diploma or equivalent* (Required)\n* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Public Health) or equivalent experience (Preferred)\n\n*Experience:*\n\n* Experience in *Residential or Home Health settings* strongly preferred\n* Previous experience in program coordination or management, preferably in the behavioral health field\n* Experience supervising staff and managing interdisciplinary teams is a plus\n\n*Skills & Competencies:*\n\n* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on staff development\n* Creative problem-solving and goal-setting with a person-centered mindset\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n* Knowledge of behavioral health principles, practices, and regulations\n* Proficient in budgeting and managing staffing resources\n* Ability to assess and support the strengths and needs of individuals served\n\n*Additional Information:*\n\n* *Job Types:* Full-Time\n* *Schedule:* As Needed\n* *Work Location:* In-Person (Eastside Indianapolis & Greenfield)\n\n*Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:*\n\nCommon Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
