We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience and strong .NET C# skills who is passionate about modern development practices, transforming legacy systems, and building scalable solutions that make a real impact.\n\nWe build with AI. Our engineers use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor every day to understand legacy code, refactor, write tests, and ship faster. We’re looking for someone who already works this way and holds\n\nAI-assisted work to the same standard as their own.\n\nYou’ll work closely with our technical leadership to shape the next generation of our platform: refactoring and modernizing legacy applications, helping define future architecture, and building robust, automated pipelines. Your contributions will be highly visible.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nOwnership. You take problems from unclear to solved, dig in on your own first, and see things through.\nSpeed with quality. You solve complex problems quickly without cutting corners, and your work holds up in production.\nA great teammate. Cooperative, respectful, and someone who makes the people around you better.\n10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong foundation in .NET C#.\nStrong SQL skills, with hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries and stored procedures in production relational databases.\nHands-on, daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in real production work, not just autocomplete.\nThe judgment to review, test, and take full ownership of AI-generated code.\nProven success modernizing applications and driving technical transformation.\nExpertise building and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and best practices.\nAbility to work effectively within existing legacy systems while identifying and executing modernization opportunities.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\nA track record of thriving in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.\nRequired participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support production systems.\n\nIf you’re excited about leading modernization efforts, working at the leading edge of AI-assisted development, and helping build something lasting, we’d love to talk with you.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
