(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.\n\nWe are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:\n\nDocument Controller\n\nOverview\n\nThis position is responsible for the design and review of training supporting the area's content expert and the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions. This role will perform tasks to support the business areas mainly focused on the development of training materials, training strategic projects for the site, facilitation of learning in operational areas and/or supporting reviews of training.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nServe as document controller.\nMonitor periodic review of training systems.\nWork with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers for crafting new content and updating existing content. (Communication skills.)\nAble to learn new systems to manage training transactions related to the assigned business area in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.\n\nBasic Requirements (Preferrable)\n\n2-5 years of experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.\nExperience in Learning and Development processes and standard operating procedures in a GMP facility.\n\nAdditional Skills / Preferences\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\nExperience using learning management software, learning request tools and document management systems.\nProficient in MS Windows formatting\nTeamwork oriented\nAbility to work with multiples priorities with minimum supervision.\nOrganizational skills\nCommunication skills\nGood presentation skills\nAbility to navigate complex, matrix-based organizations.\nStrong compliance mindset and sound judgement.\nWilling to support operation during weekends, holidays and rotating shifts as needed.\n\nAt Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
