No prior industry experience is required, everything is taught from the ground up through structured training, hands-on coaching, and increasing responsibility.Our Logistics Coordinator Development Program will teach you how freight moves across the U.S. and Canada, how to coordinate shipments, and how to manage customer accounts in a fast-paced 3PL environment.Strong performers can grow into roles with greater account responsibility, operational ownership, and long-term opportunities at WAL.What You'll DoCoordinate shipments from pickup through delivery across the U.S. and CanadaSource and communicate with transportation carriersTrack freight and proactively communicate shipment updatesBuild orders and maintain accurate shipment informationIdentify and resolve delays, service issues, and transportation challengesCommunicate with customers, carriers and internal sales teamsManage multiple priorities while meeting daily performance and service expectationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in a related field requiredCustomer service, operations, logistics, or other fast-paced professional experience is an assetHighly organized and detail-orientedQuick problem-solver who can stay composed under pressureCoachable, adaptable, and willing to learnComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEnglish required; Spanish or French is an assetAlready have 2–3+ years of direct experience with a 3PL or freight brokerage?
