This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe, efficient field execution and have experience working with suspended and supported scaffolding systems.\nScaffold Builders play a critical role in supporting customer job sites through the assembly, installation, dismantling, and transportation of scaffolding and access equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and at elevated heights while maintaining strong safety and teamwork standards.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCarry, install, and erect suspended and supported scaffolding systems on customer job sites\nLoad and unload trucks and materials within warehouse and field environments\nAssist with hoist assembly, platform setup, and dismantling operations\nHandle electrical cords, wire ropes, and rigging components safely and efficiently\nPerform deliveries, including loading and unloading equipment from flatbed trucks\nWork closely with crews to safely erect and dismantle multiple scaffold systems\nComplete daily job site paperwork and required internal documentation\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment\nFollow OSHA standards and all company safety procedures while performing work\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum two (2) years of experience building various types of scaffolding systems\nExtensive experience erecting swing stage and supported scaffolds preferred\nGood working knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and safety practices\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced field environments\nBilingual skills are a plus\nStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety procedures\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nMust not be afraid of heights\nAbility to carry two 50 lb. weights simultaneously\nComfortable performing physical labor requiring frequent climbing of ladders and stairs\nAbility to work safely at elevated heights throughout the workday\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions\nSchedule & Employment Conditions\nFull-time hourly non-exempt position\nTypical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on workload)\nPre-employment drug screening required\nBackground check required\nPhysical examination required\nMVR check required\nThis is a Safety Sensitive position\nAbout Sky Climber Access Solutions\nSky Climber Access Solutions provides engineered access equipment, scaffolding solutions, and specialized support services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout North America.
