Administrative Support Analyst
TDB (A small business that is owned and operated by a disabled veteran) is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Analyst. This position will work remotely with our Medical Review Team (MRT), assisting the Disability Determination Services for the state of New Hampshire. The Administrative Support Analyst will receive cases for the initial intake phase of the medical review process, log cases as they come in, ensure case tracking is noted in the contracts management database (CRM), and assist with the collection of medical reports and other evidence relating to the claimant's physical or mental impairments to support the MRT disability denial or approval recommendation.
Key Performance Indicators will include:
Identifying and designing process improvements for management review within the confines of the contract.
Analyzing existing manual data migration processes and adapting automated processes when appropriate will be a KPI for the role.
A quality control standard of 90% or better is expected for all cases reviews.
Qualifications:
2+ years professional experience working in an office environment required.
Experience working within multiple databases at one time required.
Experience working in the health care analytics or IT fields preferred.
CRM/Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word, and PDF Editor/SharePoint experience preferred.
Experience with SSA or disability case review/health care data analysis/medical record review analysis preferred.
Ability to multi-task required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Expected hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00 PM EST
Work Location: Remote
Salary Range: $50,000-65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
