This hybrid role merges deep technical expertise in marketing automation (Braze), front-end web development (ExtJS), and end-to-end marketing campaign management to design, build, and optimize personalized omnichannel customer engagement.\n\nCampaign Strategy & Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategic ideation and customer segmentation to execution, monitoring, and optimization across digital channels.\nBraze Automation & Execution: Design, develop, and deploy campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation to target specific retail customer segments.\nExtJS Front-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain interactive web applications, internal marketing dashboards, and user interfaces using the ExtJS framework to support e-commerce operations and campaign tracking.\nData Integration & API Management: Integrate and maintain data flows between Braze, ExtJS applications, CDPs, CRMs, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms using REST APIs, JSON, and custom event tracking.\nAnalytics & Performance Tuning: Utilize event-based data to create context-aware triggers.
