You are building the spaces that define an airline's first-class experience - premium lounges, high-end interiors, complex food service environments - all inside one of the world's most logistically demanding construction contexts: an active airport.\n\nV-1 is trusted by major airlines to manage these projects because we understand both the construction complexity and the brand standards our clients are protecting. You will be on-site every day, representing the client's interests and driving every stakeholder toward a flawless result.\n\nThe Executive Assistant to the CEO is the operational backbone behind V-1's President and leadership team. You'll own the details, take work off their plates, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, working with significant autonomy and direct exposure to how the business runs. This is a role for someone who anticipates needs before they're voiced, executes reliably, and takes quiet ownership of the follow-through.
