This role will play a critical part in ensuring organizational preparedness for enterprise-wide security audits, driving remediation efforts, and maintaining ongoing compliance across complex technology environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical program management, cybersecurity governance, audit coordination, and executive stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide security and compliance programs supporting audit readiness, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation initiatives.Coordinate remediation efforts related to audit findings, security assessments, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable process improvements.Partner with security, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, governance, risk, compliance, and business teams to drive program objectives.Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.Monitor program performance, track key milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery.Facilitate executive-level governance meetings and provide concise, data-driven status reporting to senior leadership.Support the creation, maintenance, and review of technical architecture documentation, system inventories, process flows, and infrastructure diagrams.Drive consistency in vulnerability management, remediation tracking, control validation, and compliance reporting processes.Ensure alignment with established security frameworks, regulatory standards, and internal governance requirements.Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining focus on strategic business objectives and operational excellence. Required Qualifications7+ years of program or project management experience within enterprise technology environments.Proven experience leading large-scale security, compliance, audit, governance, or risk management initiatives.Strong understanding of:Security audits and assessmentsVulnerability management programsRisk remediation processesInternal controls and compliance operationsExperience working with industry-standard frameworks such as:SOC 2ISO 27001NISTCIS ControlsOther security and compliance standardsDemonstrated success managing enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and governance committees.Experience developing or coordinating technical architecture documentation and system diagrams.Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred QualificationsPMP certification or equivalent program/project management certification.Experience supporting enterprise audit programs within highly regulated environments.Background working with cybersecurity, information security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), or technology risk teams.Experience managing enterprise remediation programs resulting from audit findings or security assessments.Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, application security, and enterprise architecture environments. EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.
