Internal Auditor’s role works under supervision to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of Manufacturing standards and processes by performing audits, document findings, and help ensure compliance with Manufacturing standards and processes. Quality Administrator function is to help the Quality Department ensuring organizational compliance with quality standards, support in managing documentation and facilitates continuous improvement processes. Maintaining the Infor shop scheduler for Test & Inspection.\nKey Responsibilities: Assist in Planning and perform internal audits according to the audit plan.\nHelp evaluate internal processes -the adequacy and effectiveness of each process and identify potential risks or weaknesses and recommend improvements.\nFollow up on audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are implemented.\nSupport in preparing working papers and audit documentation.\nAssist in drafting audit reports and summarizing findings.\nHelp ensure compliance with internal procedures, guidelines, and work instructions.\nSupport special projects and investigations as needed.\nPerform other related duties as required by Supervisor.\nProvide administrative support to the Quality Department.\nUpdate the Scheduler in Infor for visibility of daily workload for Test & QC.\nQualifications: High school diploma or GED required.\n0-2 years’ experience in both internal audit and administrative role.\nBasic understanding of auditing concepts and technical capabilities a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to organize tasks, work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee(s) may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.\nKnowledge of auditing standards and risk frameworks.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data analysis tools.\nProactive, willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.\nPhysical Demands Primarily sedentary office work requiring approximately 80% sitting and 20% walking and standing throughout the workday to perform routine administrative functions and move throughout the facility as needed.\nMust be able to lift to 30 lbs., occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to perform extended periods of computer-based work, including close visual focus.\nOffice work is performed in an office setting that is climate controlled.\nSupervision of Personnel: No direct supervision of others.\nLocation: This will be a 100% onsite role working in IEM in our Jacksonville facility.\nWhy Join IEM At IEM, you’ll join a team that powers some of the world’s most ambitious projects.
