{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"dcb280bbc7b291f5a956a0b5","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dcb280bbc7b291f5a956a0b5","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/dcb280bbc7b291f5a956a0b5","title":"Project Manager- Business Intelligence & Data Analytics","description":"Job Description:\nThe ideal candidate for this role must have in-depth knowledge of the full life cycle for delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.\nExpectations for this role combine the skillsets of a business analyst to help lead functional requirements gathering efforts, translating requirements to technical development teams, and managing the delivery teams on our consulting engagements.\nWork Expectations:\nWork with Larger Audience including Onshore / Offsite team\nPlay a key role in expanding the BI and Data Analytics (cloud) practice by participating in strategic planning, managing & delivery.\nAct as the primary contact and business liaison on BI/Analytic consulting engagements\nDevelop strong working relationships with VP/Director level resources, along with project day to day stakeholders\nFacilitate requirements gathering sessions, document current-state, and work with solution architects to develop future-state roadmaps for organizational data and reporting needs\nOrganize project resources and work initiatives\nPlan and manage multiple parallel projects, including project budgets\nMaximize resource utilization across initiatives\nPrepare program/project updates and metrics for presentation to client leadership teams\nDeal with ambiguity in a complex, dynamic environment\nQualification Requirements:\n7 10 years leading program and project delivery for large, cross-functional projects\nCertified Scrum Master, ITIL, PMP is a plus\nAbility to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nExcellent verbal and writing skills for non-technical and technical audiences\nAbility to work effectively and ensure successful completion of team output with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries\nProficiency in PM methodologies including waterfall, agile, Kanban, etc.\nAdvanced understanding of SDLC best practices, especially in a consultant project implementation capacity\nMust be a team player (Raises issues/concerns and seeks meaningful resolution)\nExperience with coaching and mentoring less experienced players on the team;
