Primarily responsible for all aspects of switching hardware from core to network edge, including documentation, monitoring, troubleshooting and change control. Working with a team to perform system configurations and installations, system administration, and system security. Builds and maintains network (WAN, Data Center, and Core) and integrates with all enterprise systems.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nLead the design, architect, and manage network infrastructure that best supports business initiatives\r\nMonitor network performance and recommend network changes and upgrades based on utilization\r\nCollaborate with Technical Architects in network and other systems design\r\nProvide assistance to Network Engineer team with escalated advanced network related troubleshooting issues\r\nMaintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions\r\nJob Qualifications\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent education and experience\r\nExperience\r\nA specialist on complex technical and business matters.\r\n7+ years of network engineering expertise supporting 100+ site WAN and LAN environment\r\nWork is highly independent.\r\nMay assume a team lead role for the work group.\r\nTypically requires 7+ years of related experience.\r\n7+ years of experience with core, distribution, and access switching and routing technologies and datacenter technologies (e.g MPLS, vPC, Etherchannel, BGP, OSPF, policy based routing)\r\nStrong knowledge of networking technologies and WAN communications including TCP/IP (routing and subnetting), QoS, MPLS, IPSec, etc…\r\nUnderstanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impact\r\nExpertise in networking concepts\r\nExperience implementing and supporting SD-WAN environments\r\nStrong knowledge of Load Balancing and Global Server Load Balancing\r\nStrong troubleshooting skills\r\nExperience supporting voice and video across the WAN\r\nExperience using Visio or other tools for documentation\r\nStrong organization and analytical skills\r\nDetail oriented\r\nWorking Days\r\nShift and hours to be determined.\r\nWorking Shift\r\nShift and hours to be determined.\r\nWork Days and Shift are estimates and are subject to change, at any given time, based on job scheduling and/or business levels.
