In this role, you will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that bring together program activities, milestones, resources, dependencies, and technical objectives.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze detailed, resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational programs\nIntegrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program or Project Schedule\nCollaborate with program managers, engineers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to collect schedule updates and maintain accurate program status\nUse Microsoft Project, Primavera, and other customer-mandated scheduling tools to develop and manage schedules\nEstablish and maintain schedule baselines, version control, configuration management, and change-control processes\nMaintain schedule environments and support schedule build, testing, deployment, and integration activities\nLink project schedules to overarching program objectives, investment portfolios, functional areas, and Integrated Master Plans\nIdentify critical paths, milestones, interdependencies, schedule risks, and resource constraints\nProvide recommendations to program leadership for addressing schedule conflicts, resource limitations, and potential delays\nProvide programmatic support using customer tools and processes such as FACTS, CMIS, JIRA, and Acquisition Review Boards\nPrepare schedule analyses, status updates, briefings, and other materials for customer and program reviews\nClearly communicate schedule status, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nAt the senior level, facilitate recurring schedule meetings and coordinate milestone and dependency crosswalks across projects and functional areas\nRequirements\nActive TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance\nDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, commensurate with the applicable skill level\nProficiency in Microsoft Project; Primavera experience is also valued\nExperience providing programmatic support directly to a Government customer\nExperience with customer programmatic tools and processes such as FACTS, CMIS, JIRA, and Acquisition Review Boards\nLevel 1 Qualifications\nSix (6) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or\nTwo (2) years experience with an Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline\nShall have one (1) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.\nLevel 2 Qualifications\nTwelve (12) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or\nEight (8) years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or\nSix (6) years experience with a Master's degree in a technical or business discipline\nShall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.\nLevel 3 Qualifications\nSixteen (16) years experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or\nTwelve (12) years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or\nTen (10) years experience with a Master's degree in a technical or business discipline\nShall have two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.\n\nPay Information\nThe final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications.
