As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. across enterprise systems, platforms, and repositories\n\nAssist with development and maintenance of data pipelines and automated workflows\n\nHelp connect source systems to enterprise data catalogs and governance platforms\n\nSupport API-based data exchanges and system interoperability\n\nAssist in operationalizing data governance policies through technical configuration and system alignment\n\nSupport metadata tagging, data classification, and lineage documentation\n\nHelp maintain system inventories and map data flows across business applications\n\nSupport onboarding of systems into data catalog environments\n\nAssist in monitoring data quality indicators and resolving data consistency issues\n\nSupport implementation of access controls and role-based permissions\n\nHelp identify and troubleshoot data gaps, inconsistencies, and integration failures\n\nDocument system integrations, data flows, and technical processes\n\nPartner with data stewards, analysts, and system owners to support governance objectives\n\nTranslate business data needs into technical implementation tasks\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n\n5-8 years of experience in systems engineering, data integration, data management, IT systems support, or data platform administration.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases\n\nExperience supporting system integrations or data pipelines\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms (Azure preferred)\n\nExposure to APIs and structured data formats (JSON/XML)\n\nExperience documenting systems, workflows, or technical processes\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain as US Government Secret Security Clearance Secret or higher)\n\nIndependently manages tasks from requirement through implementation\n\nProactively resolving challenges with minimal oversight\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work across technical and business teams\n\nStrong written documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nActive Secret Security Clearance\n\nExperience supporting data governance initiatives\n\nExperience working with enterprise data catalogs (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation)\n\nExposure to data quality tools or metadata management platforms\n\nExperience in
