Senior Associate, Central Rating
Supporting the execution and quality oversight of Central Rating activities across assigned clinical trials, the remote Senior Associate, Central Rating will manage clinician support, track performance data, and ensure compliance with study requirements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day Central Rating activities, including workflow development and clinician support
Track and document clinician performance data and ensure training documentation is accurate and current
Communicate and collaborate with Central Rating Management and project teams to meet study deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5+ years in clinical trials, central rating, or regulated research operations
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of SOP-driven clinical operations and documentation
Experience with audit support or metrics reporting
