You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pmWhat your day-to-day will look like:Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issuesSupport property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databasesProcess Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices and complete other financial tasksAssist with vendor coordination and work order management to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activitiesHelp prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clientsSupport lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordinationAssist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experienceProvide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as neededAll other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing positionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industryThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
