Senior Corporate Accountant

Our client, a rapidly growing home services company, is looking for multiple Sr Corporate Accountants to join their team! The Sr Corporate Accountant will support accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial results, maintaining general ledger integrity, and supporting a multi-entity accounting environment.Onsite: M-Th, Remote on FridaysThis is a hands-on individual contributor role within a collaborative corporate accounting team, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.Responsibilities: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entitiesPrepare financial reports and assist with variance analysisEnsure accuracy and timeliness of financial dataMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple branchesPrepare and post journal entriesEnsure proper allocation of expenses and intercompany transactionsManage accounting for 4–5 branch locationsSupport consolidation activities and ensure consistency across entitiesPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial processesEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policiesAssist with internal and external audit processesMaintain strong internal controls across accounting functionsUtilize ERP systems (Sage preferred) to support accounting operationsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processesSupport system enhancements and process standardizationQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate, multi-entity environmentStrong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and close processesExperience with ERP systems (Sage preferred)Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remoteStandard business hours with some flexibilityCollaborative team environment with a mix of onsite and virtual interaction
