The ideal candidate will have experience building custom applications, automating business processes, integrating data sources, and developing solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and build business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)\nCreate and manage automated workflows to improve operational efficiency\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nIntegrate data from multiple sources using Power Query and other tools\nAnalyze, interpret, and standardize datasets to support business and mission needs\nDevelop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik\nSupport database design, data management, and data engineering activities\nEnsure compliance with security and organizational policies\nProvide technical support, training, and documentation for developed solutions\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive Secret Clearance (required)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field\nMinimum 3 years of experience developing business applications, workflow automation solutions, or data-driven applications using Microsoft technologies\nAt least 2 years of experience designing and developing solutions in Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI)\nExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms\nExperience integrating and managing data from multiple sources\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExperience supporting government clients\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience using Power FX for advanced application functionality\nExperience with data engineering and database management\nExperience supporting Department of Defense or other federal government environments\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications\nCompensation:\nSalary: $120,000 annually\nBenefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off\nWork Environment:\nThis position is onsite in Suffolk, VA\nCandidates must be able to work in a secure government environment\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement:\nSDA Solutions LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
