You’ll be the person in the room who can read a confusion matrix, redesign a protocol, and then present the business case to the C-suite.This is a role for operators who sell by doing. You understand data at the level of the practitioner, not the observerThe ability to sit with an ML engineer and discuss model performance, label noise, and evaluation methodology then walk into a boardroom and present the financialsProven ability to drive transformation in complex enterprise environments, blending operational rigor, consultative problem-solving, and hands-on executionA builder’s instinct: you design systems, processes, and solutions that scale.
