This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supporting staff development, and fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals. What you'll be doing: • Coordinate and supervise daily operating room operations. • Direct the delivery of patient care to ensure quality outcomes. • Foster positive working relationships among staff, physicians, and leadership. • Support staffing, workflow management, and departmental operations. • Assist in maintaining high standards of patient safety and patient experience. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve department goals. What you'll need: • Active Illinois RN License. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. • Current BLS certification. • 3-5 years of Operating Room experience. • At least 2 years of progressively responsible OR experience. • At least 1 year of Charge Nurse experience. • Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties. • Candidates must not have applied directly to the healthcare system within the last two years. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center. • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
